Property Settlement by Consent Orders — Form 11
Form number: Form 11 — Application for Consent Orders
If you and your spouse can agree on property division, lodge it as Consent Orders — the court rubber-stamps the agreement, making it legally binding and final. Cheaper, faster, and gives the same protection as a contested case. Only marriage breakdown lawyers can advise on what's fair, but Consent Orders are the preferred end-game.
