Pharmacy Board — Notification of Practice / Personal Detail Changes
Registered pharmacists must notify AHPRA within 30 days of any change to principal place of practice, contact address, name, or any "relevant event" (criminal charge, civil claim, bankruptcy, registration in another country). Failure is a discipline matter under National Law section 130.
