Licence issued by the NSW Ministry of Health to supply by wholesale Schedule 2, 3 or 4 substances (and, for Schedule 8, a licence to manufacture and/or supply drugs of addiction) under the Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Act 1966. Suppliers of therapeutic goods must also be TGA-licensed sponsors with products on the ARTG.
