Form number: Annulment Application — Crimes (Appeal and Review) Act 2001 s 4
If you were convicted in your absence in the NSW Local Court (e.g. did not get notice, were sick, missed court because of mental health) you can apply within 2 years to have the conviction annulled and the matter re-heard. Used heavily for traffic offences and minor crimes.
