NSW Apprehended Personal Violence Order (APVO)
NSW
An APVO protects you from someone you do NOT have a domestic relationship with — a neighbour, co-worker, classmate, or stranger who is harassing, stalking, or threatening you. Same court, similar process to an ADVO but mediated first.
