Marine Licence Application (incl. PWC Endorsement)
Apply for a Victorian Marine Licence to operate a recreational vessel, and optionally add a Personal Watercraft (PWC/jet ski) endorsement. You can apply for a marine licence if you are at least 12 years old for a restricted licence, or 16+ for PWC endorsement. You must pass an eyesight test and a marine licence knowledge test, plus a Personal Watercraft endorsement test if you want to operate a PWC.
