ILO Chest X-Ray Request
International Labour Organization (ILO) standardised chest X-ray for detection of pneumoconiosis (dust lung disease) in coal and mineral mining workers. Required for NSW Order 45 (which replaced Order 43 on 1 January 2026) and QLD coal board medicals.
