Higher Mass Limits (HML) Permit
Apply for a Higher Mass Limits permit allowing vehicles fitted with road-friendly suspension to carry up to 1 tonne more than standard mass limits on routes outside the approved HML network, where travel is not already authorised under a gazette notice.
