High-Pressure Cylinder Hydrostatic Test (Periodic Re-test) — AS 2030.1
Form number: AS 2337.1
Australian Standard AS 2030.1 / AS 2337.1 require refillable industrial gas cylinders to be hydrostatically re-tested at fixed intervals — typically 10 years for most steel oxygen / nitrogen / argon cylinders, 5 years for acetylene (with porous mass inspection). An out-of-test cylinder cannot legally be filled — gas suppliers swap them out.
