Licence required to deal in firearms or ammunition as a business in NSW, issued by the NSW Police Firearms Registry. Dealers are expected to have a good working knowledge of the Firearms Act 1996 and the Firearms Regulation 2017. First-time applications use form P560; renewals use the P560 Dealer Renewal form plus P566 Close Associates and current-employee forms, emailed to the Firearms Registry Dealer Unit.
