Architectural Practice Registration (Sole Trader / Partnership / Company)
In every Australian state, if you trade under a business name that includes the word "architect" or "architects" (e.g. "Smith Architects Pty Ltd"), the firm itself must be registered with the state board — this is separate from your personal registration.
