ACMA Marine Radio Operator Certificate (MROCP / MROVCP / LROCP)
Boaties using a marine VHF, MF/HF or 27MHz radio need a Marine Radio Operator Certificate. Three levels: Marine Radio Operator VHF Certificate of Proficiency (MROVCP — VHF only), Marine Radio Operator Certificate of Proficiency (MROCP — VHF + MF/HF), and the Long Range Operator Certificate (LROCP — for large commercial vessels with GMDSS).
